Order up your Tomatoes!
It is canning time and several CSA members have taken us up on our deal for bulk tomatoes.  We should have canning tomatoes in 20 pound boxes for several more weeks to come so consider planning a day for freezing, canning or drying tomatoes.
Juice or Produce box add-on option
Laguna Fresh Produce
Are you getting a weekly produce box and want another one added on?  Would you like a juice box in addition to your produce box? You can order an additional box here.  The advantage to going this route is that delivered boxes will not have a double delivery fee.
Laguna Farm Juice Box
If you would like to get a juice box instead of a produce box, we can switch your box over.  Just give us a call.  Many members are opting to get a produce box one week and a juice box the next week.

Laguna Farm Happenings!
Dear Members,
Please mark your calendar for September 27th and 28th and join Laguna Farm along the farm trails. Once you RSVP for the event (for free) they immediately send you the names of the participating farms as well as their address and a map.  Laguna Farm is participating both days and we hope you include us in your visit throughout Sonoma County’s farms.
Feel free to come to the farm with your picnic lunch.  We will provide refreshments at noon under the oak tree.
Be well,
Jennifer Branham

Tuesday Produce Boxes:
Salad mix, Green Beans, Beets, Chard, Leeks, Tomatoes, Summer Squash, or Cucumbers.
Thursday Produce Boxes:
Salad mix, Cauliflower, Carrots, Chard, Leeks, Tomatoes, Summer Squash, or Cucumbers.

Juice Boxes Contains:
Carrots, Beets, Apples, Chard, Asian Pears, Grapes, Cucumbers, Berries.

So, I’m here with you juicing my fruits and produce into healthful drinks and even meals when I smoothie them out.  I highly recommend adding a splash of filtered water or sparkling water (my favorite) to your juiced Asian pears.  Sure got me through the heat-wave!  Yum.

Our reusable bag tree is getting great use.  Now we have this affordable option for those who forget their bags.  We still have a trickling of used paper bags coming into the barn that you may take as well, but if none are there, feel free to patronize our bag-tree.

We are currently collecting used t-shirts to turn into reusable bags.  See this DIY link to find out how.  If you have t-shirts that you no longer need, bring them to the farm and you may just see it for sale as a bag in the coming weeks.

It’s Here!
Delicate, kabocha and butternut squash are being harvested and filling up the farm store.  Next week it will be available in the online store for delivery members to order.
