Welcome to Laguna Farm’s CSA Membership Application

Thank you for supporting local food production! To start the process of subscribing to the CSA, please fill out this application. We will send you an email confirmation that we’ve received your application.

By subscribing to our CSA program, you’ll receive a weekly box of local, sustainably-grown seasonal produce, and support the sustainability of our local food system. It is a real opportunity to connect in a meaningful way with your food and the farmers who grow it.

We make each box of “living food” produce on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please choose one of these two days, either pickup at the farm, or at one of our dropoff sites below. We will send you more information about locations.

We will ask that you commit for a minimum of three months, and that you pay a one time only membership fee of $75.00, which serves as a deposit for that period of time. If you unsubscribe for any reason before your three months is up, we will retain the full amount of your deposit toward administrative costs. If you unsubscribe after the initial three month subscription, the deposit will be applied toward any balance due at that time.

A box full of sustainably grown, living food is $17.00 a week (picked up at the farm) with a minimum three month commitment. You may also add bread, extra salad mix, and seasonal fruit. For an additional $4.00 optional dropoff locations are available for box pickup in Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Cotati.
